TSP exists to provide every investigator with the knowledge, skills and proficiency to compel a confession during every interview.
OUR METHOD
Our unique approach involves setting a non-adversarial atmosphere for the interview, TSP incorporates proven memory-enhancing methods and applying specially formulated language to circumvent the normal resistance people have to telling incriminating information. We use their own subconscious against them to willingly tell what they know.
pre-interview preparation
Proper and deliberate preparation is essential to a successful interview. We will teach you how to strategize your approach to minimize frustration and maximize success. Enter into the follow up interview already knowing the answers to your questions!
INTAKE PHASE
We set the stage for success by creating a 'cooperative conversation' by prompting and enhancing the subject's memory and use it against them without them realizing it.
ASSESSMENT PHASE
Using memory- based information received from the subject, we conduct a statement analysis, assessing it for deception, truthfulness and hidden information to strategize the follow up interview.
IMPLEMENTATION PHASE
Armed with the hidden information the subject offered in the intake phase, the interviewer utilizes a unique and highly effective inquiries of the information to clarify and detail what the subject knows. In this phase it becomes apparent to the subject that their story lacks credibility. We encourage the subject to 'make the story make sense'. In doing so, they put themselves in a vulnerable position without realizing it.
ACCUSATORY PHASE
The interviewer 'teams up' with the subjects memory and subconscious to hold the subject accountable for what they said, revealing he reality and truth hidden behind their story.
